These Terms of Service establish the legal agreement between you and BOMvault, Inc. for use of our SBOM management platform. By using BOMvault, you agree to these terms.

Key Points

• Your Data: You retain ownership of all Customer Data you upload. We process it only to provide the Services.
• Acceptable Use: Use the Services lawfully and don't attempt to compromise security or reverse engineer the platform.
• Compliance: You are responsible for your own regulatory compliance. BOMvault is a tool to assist, not a guarantee.
• Payment: Fees are due in advance and non-refundable except as stated in the Terms.
• Termination: You may cancel anytime. We may terminate for breach or non-payment.

Account and Security

• You must be 18+ to use the Services
• You are responsible for maintaining account security and all activities under your account
• Report unauthorized access immediately to security@bomvault.com

Intellectual Property

• Your Content: You own your SBOMs and Customer Data
• Our Platform: BOMvault owns the platform, software, and documentation
• Feedback: Suggestions you provide may be used to improve the Services

Disclaimers

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law: Delaware, USA
• Arbitration: Disputes resolved through binding arbitration (JAMS)
• Class Action Waiver: Individual disputes only
